In the event of cancellation, renters who payed in full at the time the reservation was
made, will receive a refund of 70% of the total rental back to you with a cancellation of at
least 7 days notice. We will allow the remaining 30% of the rental payment to be applied to
another rental within 1 year of the original rental date.  No refunds will be given on the
initial 30% deposit.  No refunds of any rental payments will be given with a cancellation of
less than 7 days notice.

4-hours of generator time per day are included with the rental.  There is a fee of $3.00 for
any additional hours.  

There are 150 miles per day included with each rental.  Additional miles will be billed at
.39 cents per mile.  Estimated mileage is paid in advance. (we use www.mapquest.com to
calculate this)

We require a 30% deposit of the total rental to make the reservation. ($500 minimum)

There is a one time fee of $150.00 if you wish to tow with the RV. (applicable RV's only)

A major credit card in the primary renters name is required

A security deposit of at least $500 on 28' to 31' vehicles and $1000 on 32' to 45' vehicles
must be paid by cash, or certified bank check (Major Bank). Personal checks and credit
cards are not accepted at time of pickup.
