General Information & Guidelines
A major credit card in the primary renters name is required to rent an RV. Minimum Rental Periods: Winter Season - 3 Night Minimum Spring/Summer/Fall Seasons, All Holidays - 4 Night Minimum A 4-day minimum applies to all NASCAR races weekends. Mileage charges for the units are as follows: Mileage: The first 150 miles are free with each rental night. Additional mileage will be charged at $.39 cents per mile. Starter Kit (mandatory on all units): $85.00 (23' - 31' units) $100.00 (32' - 45' units) *includes exterior cleaning, all toilet chemicals, all toilet tissue, hoses, connectors, adaptors, and 1-2 hour orientation on how to use the RV. Towing: Towing is allowed on select units. There is a one time charge of $150.00. Please contact the rental office for allowable weights, etc. when towing. Generator: The rental includes 4 hours of generator use free with each rental day. Any additional use is charged at $3.00 per hour. Prepaid Cleaning Option: The renter may choose the Prepaid Cleaning Option prior to departure. This service includes the dumping and sanitizing of the black and gray holding tanks, interior cleaning of the RV. The cost is as follows: $95.00 (23' - 31' units) $125.00 (32' + units) Rental Insurance: Insurance is not included in the rental price. Insurance must be purchased through our insurance provider by the day or you must provide an insurance binder from your insurance carrier. The cost is calculated by the day and can be anywhere from $26 to $36 per night on top of your nightly rental price. You may purchase additional SLI insurance through our provider for an additional $9.95 a day to protect you personally in case of an accident. Reservation Deposit: 30% of the total rental price ($500.00 minimum), which is applied toward the rental balance. This deposit is non-refundable. There are no refunds of your deposit should you decide to cancel the reservation. We will however, allow you to reschedule your reservation up to one year from the date of the original reservation. Should, due to events beyond our control, the RV become unavailable during the times you wanted to rent it, we will return your deposit in full. Security Deposit: Rentals of 1-week or more $500.00 (23' - 31' units) $750.00 (23' - 31' units) $1,000.00 (32' - 45' units) $1,250.00 (32' - 45' units) The security deposit will be refunded (minus any damage not covered by insurance, any unpaid parking/traffic fines, tolls, dumping, cleaning, additional mileage, gas, missing equipment, other amounts owing), by check, within 10 business days after return of the RV. We may use your deposit to pay any amounts owed to us under this Agreement. The RV will be topped off with gas, if needed, and these amounts will be deducted from the security deposit. Pick up / Return Times: Pick up times are between 1:00 pm and 6:00 PM on the departure date, by appointment. The RV's are due back by 12:00 PM on the return date. A fee of $25.00 per hour applies to all late returns. There is no penalty for early returns. Pets: Sorry, but we do NOT allow pets in any of our units. Smoking: Sorry, but we do NOT allow smoking in any of our units. Mexico: Sorry, but we do NOT allow travel into Mexico with any of our units. Canada: It is up to our discretion whether we let our RV's go into Canada. Office Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Sunday: Closed Renter(s) must personally pick up & drop off the RV, unless other arrangements are made beforehand in writing. If you would like us to deliver and/or pick up the RV, that can be arraigned for a small fee. All prices are subject to change. We reserve the right to check state driving records and do a background check on renters. Outdoor adventure RV reserves the right to cancel any reservations with a full refund based on the results we get from your driving and or criminal background check. |
